About the Benchmark
The Index is a rules-based index that seeks to provide exposure to a global portfolio of companies identified as being engaged (i.e., conducts business activities) in the music, media, and entertainment industries, as described in more detail below. The Index’s construction consists of two parts (each as described in more detail below):
an analysis using the FactSet Revere Business and Industry Classification System (“FactSet RBICS”) (which covers companies globally) to identify companies as music, media, and entertainment companies; and
a digital music streaming revenue analysis (which is U.S.-focused) that identifies companies in any industry (not just music, media, and entertainment), whose equity securities’ price changes typically align with digital music consumption patterns.
To qualify for inclusion in the Index under either analysis, companies must have a minimum market capitalization of $1 billion and an average daily traded volume of $15 million over the most recent six-month period.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Shares of any ETF are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and may trade at a discount or premium to NAV. Shares are not individually redeemable from the Fund and may only be acquired or redeemed from the fund in creation units. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns.
Equity Market Risk
Common stocks are generally exposed to greater risk than other types of securities, such as preferred stock and debt obligations, because common stockholder's generally have inferior rights to receive payment from specific issuers.
Concentration Risk
The Fund's investments will be concentrated in an industry or group of industries to the extent the Index is so concentrated.
Music Sector Risk
Music companies, including companies engaged in the production or distribution of goods or services for the music industry (including television or radio broadcasting or manufacturing, publishing, recordings and musical instruments, motion pictures and photography) may become obsolete quickly.
Media and Entertainment Sector.
Media and entertainment companies, including companies engaged in the design, production or distribution of goods or services for the media and entertainment industries (including video game publishing, creating interactive worlds and e-sports) may become obsolete quickly.
Foreign Securities Risk.
Investments in securities or other instruments of non-U.S. issuers involve certain risks not involved in domestic investments and may experience more rapid and extreme changes in value than investments in securities of U.S. companies.
